By purchasing with Chicas, you agree to accept and adhere to our Terms and Conditions stated here. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. All sales are final.

Products

Product colors might differ due to lightings used during photography and/or computer settings and should not be considered as a defect.

Product measurements might differ up to 1.5” due to mass manufacturing and should not be considered as a defect.

Slight imperfection that does not affect the overall look should not be considered a defect i.e. alignment of not more than 0.5” should not be considered as a defect.

Placement of printed designs are random and may differ.

All items sold here are not related to any other brands.

Orders

We are not able to amend/ cancel/ add on orders once they have been placed.

If discount codes are not entered upon checkout and payment, there will be no reimbursement to your order thereafter. Discount codes are not applicable to sales items.

All refunds will be in the form of store credits only.

Sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the rights to nullify any discount codes that we deem have be misused.
