Only items purchased directly from our website that are brand new, unwashed, with tags intact can be returned. Items purchased through third parties will not be entertained.

*Items purchased through our Oct 2024 Labubu giveaway will not be eligible for returns but can be exchanged to a different size if size is still available. Color cannot be changed.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are deemed inappropriate.

Size exchange can be facilitated at a charge of $5 (courier will come and exchange the package with you) provided the sizes are still available on our website. Please wait for our confirmation on the available sizes as inventory may keep changing.

Incorrect/ Defective items

Kindly contact us within 7 days with pictures and description of the incorrect item/ defect. We will arrange for a 1 to 1 exchange for incorrect/ defective items. Exchange to another size, design or color will not be entertained. If the item is OOS, store credits will be issued.
